"Be My Valentine" to be a Fund Raiser:

Members voted unanimously to have a booth for Bobo. All the money raised from the adoption of bears donated by the TBACA artists will go to Bobo and his friends at Free the Bears Fund Inc. Our aim is raise enough funds to care for ten bears for a year!

Artist News:

10th October: The Australasian Creative Design Awards announced and TBACA invites all Australian and New Zealand artists to participate.

You will have never seen awards like this before!

1st October: We have a new Featured Artist - Katrina from Bumble Bears.

28th September: Well it appears that the show was a resounding success, with the vast majority of our members having adoptions made by very welcoming "mums".

I would publicly like to thank everyone, members, collegues and friends, who have supported me through all the ups and downs of putting together a show of a different kind. Especially, my very patient husband, who has put up with all my frustrations and left overs for dinner, on many occasions during this process.

18th September: Our two most welcome and recent additions to TBACA, are Shelly Allison, The Rabbit Maker - UK and Leanne Triggs, Willy Nilly Bears (formerly Lauralla Bears).

Affiliate Membership is now closed and no new applications will be accepted until March-April 2009.

Collector News:

1st October: Preparations for the next show are now underway. We will be incorporating a heap of new ideas and there will be no public unveiling of any part of the Show until it begins!

28th September: The show is NOW CLOSED. Thank you for attending, we hope it was an enjoyable experience for all of you.

The winner of our prize draw for a $50 Voucher, was Audrey M of Echuca-Moama, NSW, Australia. (Full name withheld from publication by request) Audrey has decided to have a go at needle felting and will spend her voucher on supplies.
